DCH-8-400 internal views.

This is internal views from SAS Scandinavian Airlines DCH-8-400 to be used in FS.
Views are from left 135°/90°/45°, and right 135°/90°/45° + six o´clock.
Installation is not to tricky, I have included a txt.file and extract from my own panel.cfg.
