FMA (Flight Mode Annunciator).

FMA
Two FMA are provided on the instrument panels, to keep the crew continuously informed about the system status. IN FD (Flight Director) mode of operation, the left FMA displays the modes engaged in the No. 1 system and the right FMA, the modes in the No. 2 system. As soon as the autopilot is engaged, the two FMA display the autopilot modes in parallel.
